HardcoreFIT is a bootcamp style training that includes a variety of resistance training modalities, body weight exercises, varying high and low intensity exercise and everything in between. This training is design to challenge both the muscular and cardiovascular system while untimely improving overall fitness. Class sizes are limited for better group control and individualized attention.
