HardCORE TRX is a bootcamp style class with a TRX twist! This class has been know to include a variety of other resistance training modalities like body weight exercises, high intensity exercise, and everything in between. Along with the TRX band, this session is designed to challenge the body, while untimely increasing overall fitness.
