Personal training at Hardcore Serious Fitness is tailored to each individual’s or small groups’ goals and needs. We understand that not every client can be trained the same as another. That is why each client receives a specific training model and coaching plan designed to meet his or her short term and long term goals.
- Consultations with a certified trainer are complimentary upon request.
- Full time members will receive a discount on all training packages.
- All sessions and packages have an expiration date of one year or less and are nonrefundable.
- All appointments must be schedule by a trainer to meet both the client’s and trainer’s availability.

I reached out to Bear when I signed up for my first marathon. I had 12 weeks. I knew I needed to add strength training to be able to make it through the 26.2 miles. Bear designed a training plan and work outs for me that specifically targeted the muscles needed to finish the race.
