Biography:

Elise is a longtime member of Hardcore. In 2017 she received her yoga certification at one of the top yoga centers in the state. Through this immersive program at the Asheville Yoga Center she learned alongside some of the best instructors in the southeast. Trained in various methods of yoga, her classes are crafted for beginner to intermediate level students.
