Love the small group classes and work out is always challenging! Go hard or Go home!
I reached out to Bear when I signed up for my first marathon. I had 12 weeks. I knew I needed to add strength training to be able to make it through the 26.2 miles. Bear designed a training plan and work outs for me that specifically targeted the muscles needed to finish the race. I negative split the last 10K of the marathon and I know that’s because I was so much stronger. Try the runnerFIT class, it’s awesome.
